SKYMAX Panel Slab Formwork - Minimised forming time

SKYMAX Panel Slab Formwork

The focus of the slab formwork area of the PERI exhibition hall at bauma 2022 is the SKYMAX Panel Slab Formwork, which achieves a very high level of technical and economic flexibility through the modular principle with panels made of aluminium and polymer. PERI will show how the panels can be combined with each other for optimum slab formwork performance and assembled to form slab tables. It is also possible to add additional panels. All work steps, including the creation of high slabs, high load-bearing bracings as well as solutions for corner balancing, are done from the lower level with system components. Space-saving, foldable pallets are available for transport.

SKYMAX

The lightweight slab formwork with large panels and future-proof assembly

When used in residential and commercial construction, SKYMAX Large Panel Slab Formwork ensures a particularly high standard of safety on the construction site thanks to the fact it is assembled from the lower level. The components and the lateral protection can be swivelled upwards from a safe position. The installed formwork can be walked on directly afterwards. In addition, the use of aluminium and polymer components makes the slab formwork a technically and economically very flexible system that is also self-explanatory in the assembly. The well-thought-out geometry of the heads and elements allows the direction of the panels to be changed – without the use of additional components. It can be formed with the prop head or, if partial early striking is preferred, with the lowering head as well. In addition, the lowering head enables partial early striking and thus reduces the material quantities available on site.

With RFID technology, which is installed as standard on the aluminium panels of the SKYMAX Large Panel Slab Formwork, PERI is taking another step into the digital future. The RFID technology helps to make the material flow on the construction site more transparent and to optimise logistics processes. For this purpose, the SKYMAX panels are equipped with an RFID tag. With a smartphone or UHF reader, users can clearly identify and assign the panels by scanning this RFID tag. Furthermore, thanks to the RFID tags, it is possible to call up specific component information, assembly and usage instructions and product videos digitally in the PERI MATERIAL SCAN app by scanning the panels.
