Carbon footprint
We know the carbon footprint of our products and can help you integrate sustainability directly into your construction processes and achieve your environmental goals.
Visitors to the PERI exhibition hall can climb up safely and efficiently thanks to innovations in the field of climbing technology. RCS MAX is the further development of our proven RCS Rail Climbing System and consists of three modules: The RCS MAX Hydraulic Unit which is climbing all platforms safely and simultaneously to the top using hydraulic power, the RCS MAX Drive Rails C and CL, designed for various project requirements, and the RCS MAX Shaft Solution which enables hydraulic climbing within the shaft. All three are fully compatible and based on the RCS Construction Kit.
Our RCS CL MAX Drive Rail offers numerous advantages on the construction site.
The RCS MAX Drive Rails C and CL ensure that the platforms can be moved safely in 750-mm increments. The cylinder is permanently connected to the system and climbs with it. RCS CL MAX is particularly suitable for lower buildings.
The RCS CL MAX Drive Rail is particularly cost-efficient thanks to minimal use of materials – without the need for climbing rail extensions.
The slope connector with integrated spindle makes it easier to reach the top climbing shoe and ensures flexible adaptation of the system to the building geometry.
RCS MAX scores points with its intuitive plug-and-play configuration and lightweight components, which make the system easy to install and operate. The hoses and cylinders are placed in predefined positions once – repositioning is not necessary, which reduces sources of error.
The synchronised climbing of all platforms and the load transfer via the lower climbing section shorten the climbing cycles and therefore also the construction time of projects. In addition, clever features such as the dead man's switch and an emergency stop switch on each platform ensure an innovative safety concept.
