What You can Expect From Us

Our trainees form a valuable part of our workforce - to them we transfer our knowledge and experience. With your commitment and the specialist knowledge that you acquire during your training, you will actively shape the future of PERI. It is therefore our goal to train you in the best possible way. We ensure continuous and careful support during all phases of your training. We therefore place particular value on our trainers who are convincing both professionally and personally. Open and respectful cooperation is a matter of course for us.

Already during your training you can take advantage of various offers for further training from the PERI Academy. We will help you to develop well into professional life right from the start.

If you want, learning does not have to stop after the training. We offer our employees a wide range of training and development opportunities. We are happy to support you if, for example, you would like to become a technician, master craftsman, specialist or business economist.

Then apply from the beginning of June for a start of training in the following year via our online recruiting tool with a cover letter, CV, current certificates and existing certificates of internships.
