SYFIT GmbH was spun off from the RUD Group (Aalen/Oberkochen) as an independent company in 2017 and currently has 16 employees. Even after the takeover by PERI, the RUD Group remains a strategic co-shareholder. SYFIT offers digital solutions based on material identification and localisation for a wide range of applications. SYFIT GmbH will continue to operate under its current management, brand and company name.
PERI and SYFIT have been working together successfully for some time. For example, the identification technology used by PERI subsidiaries worldwide for the regular inspection of equipment subject to inspection in rental parks comes from SYFIT. In addition, SYFIT has extensive, award-winning expertise in innovative technologies for the identification and localisation of various types of equipment. Together with PERI, this know-how has been transferred to the construction industry and an innovative software solution for equipment management has been developed. This is being marketed by SYFIT GmbH.
