The structure of PERI Pave
The multiplex core is produced through the cross-bonding of high-quality hardwood veneers from sustainably managed forests. The polypropylene coating, which has been especially developed for the utilisation in concrete block manufacturing plants, offers particularly high impact and abrasion resistance and thus promotes the longevity of the PERI Pave production pallets.
The advantages of PERI Pave
- Excellent compaction characteristics
The extremely homogeneous core structure PERI Pave enables uniformly transmission of energy within the production pallet and thus the production of highly compacted concrete blocks. - Minimal deflection
PERI Pave exhibits only minimal deflection due to its extremely strong core. The panel thickness is individually adapted to the production conditions in the factory and the technical requirements of the base panel. In most cases, a reduction of the panel thickness is possible, which leads to considerable savings potentials. - Highly resistant surface
The high-tech polymer coating is highly resistant to abrasion, the effects of force and chemicals as well as being flexible to protect the wooden core from mechanical damage. A closed and even surface facilitates a smooth backside of the stones. Thanks to the integrated separating effect, PERI Pave is even more valuable and saves material and production costs. - Durability
PERI Pave has been proven to be suitable for long-term use. The technical values such as vibration transmission and deflection remain constant. - Weight saving
The low own weight of PERI Pave leads to energy savings in the production process, reduced wear and increased work safety. In addition, overloading of the rack systems is avoided. - Low maintainance requirements
With PERI Pave, you are choosing a product that requires no special care and maintenance. For the most part, the base plate does not need to be sprayed and the use of release agents is – depending on the concrete mix – generally not necessary.

PERI Pave ReLife
With PERI Pave ReLife, the symbiosis of sustainability and cost-effectiveness succeeds. By professionally recoating the surface, the production boards are given an additional service life: resource-saving, cost-effective and still at a high-quality level.
PERI Pave Repair
Occasional mechanical damage to the panel surface can be repaired quickly and easily with the repair kit.
PERI Pave IT
Production pallets run through the entire production cycle and accompany the concrete block throughout the entire production process. They are therefore ideal for transparent and traceable quality monitoring in the factory. The individual pallets can be identified with built-in RFID chips. This means that production data and quality features can be clearly assigned to the production boards and ultimately to the concrete block products. Quality deviations are identified immediately, which reduces the number of claims – a continuous quality management system.
PERI Pave Brush
Cleaning and care extend the service life of the production boards. Thanks to the unique coating with integrated separating effect, the effort required remains low. PERI recommends brushes with plastic bristles to remove any concrete and acrylate residues quickly and thoroughly.
Sustainability

Many factors for being a sustainable productPERI Pave is essentially a sustainable product. The birch wood used is robust and particularly durable. It comes from certified cultivation areas. In addition, production is energy-efficient and any waste products are completely recycled. In addition, the repair enables an even longer service life.
